Questions

How do I pay?

Once you approve the written scope, you get an invoice you can pay by PayPal (card accepted) or by international bank transfer. If we met on Upwork or Codeur, payment goes through that platform.

What access do you need?

Collaborator or staff access to your store and access to the tools involved (for example a shared Google Sheet). You can remove it as soon as the work is delivered.

Are there running costs?

Only the tools themselves, billed to you directly: for example n8n on a small server you own (around €5 a month) and WhatsApp's own per-message fees. The written reply lists them before you pay.

What if it breaks later?

Anything built under Order Ops Autopilot is fixed free for 30 days. After that, Ops Care covers it from $79 a month, or you pay for a Workflow Rescue only when you need one.

Can we talk on a call?

You never need to. On orders of $790 or more, a short call is available if you ask for one.

Who is behind Fixedflow?
